Clients fully own the final work delivered by Martinsoft, unless otherwise stated in writing. Tools or components created internally for project speed or efficiency remain the intellectual property of Martinsoft.
Our services must be used responsibly. Please avoid actions that violate laws, infringe on rights, or disrupt our systems or other users. We reserve the right to suspend service if misuse is detected.
All invoices must be paid on or before the agreed due date. We value fairness and transparency when it comes to pricing. Any additional work beyond the original scope will be discussed before proceeding.
We do our best to ensure all platforms are secure and accessible at all times. However, we cannot guarantee perfect uptime. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected issues may affect availability temporarily.
We follow modern data protection practices and do not sell or misuse client or user information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data.
We commit to deadlines and respect your time. In return, we appreciate timely communication and approvals to keep things on track. Delays caused by external factors will be communicated transparently.
You may cancel a project anytime. We’ll bill for the work completed up to that point. We also reserve the right to disengage from any project if expectations, values, or terms are no longer aligned.
These terms may be updated periodically. We'll notify you if there are major changes. Continued use of our services after updates means you agree to the latest version.
